The project area is located in the region with the most individual monument sites of the center of Athens and surrounds the Panathenean Stadium. The existing landscape characteristics (paths, users routes, entrances existing vegetation etc.) of the area were studied, examined and recorded.

All proposed interventions and implementations were mild in order to preserve the special character of the hill. All paths, marble surfaces, masonry construction were restored and a walk path from natural stone in the perimeter of the Stadium was created. Moreover, the existing green spaces were maintained thoroughly.
